CRUSH SUGAR CRAVINGS
- 3 drops of Cinnamon Bark
- 2 drops of Frankincense
- 2 drops of Cedarwood
- 2 drops of Peppermint
Add to a 10ml roller with a carrier oil. Roll this across your top lip and the nape of your neck. If using for Diffuser, combine all essential oils without the carrier oil.

- 4 drops of Grapefruit
- 2 drops of Peppermint

WARNING – Never use undiluted essential oils on your skin.
